30 minute lesson - $50.00

45 minute lesson - $75.00

60 minute lesson - $100.00

Payment is due at the time of or in advance of each lesson meeting. I accept checks, cash, venmo, cashapp, and debit/credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. When paying with cash, please pay in exact change. No lessons are given on credit. No postdated checks are accepted. Any returned checks must be reimbursed with an added fee of $30. Lessons purchased within a lesson package must be used within one calendar year of purchase. Unused lessons from a package are non-refundable.

In an effort to foster financial accessibility and economic justice, I offer sliding scale pricing to those seeking voice instruction but facing financial strain. If you are interested in this option, please contact me at kristen.murdaugh@gmail.com to discuss sliding scale rate options.

24 hours notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a make-up lesson. If cancellation does not occur with 24 hours notice, you must still pay for the lesson. Exceptions only made for sickness and emergencies, with notice given prior to the start of the lesson. If I have to cancel a lesson, I will make every effort to reschedule. 

Studio Recital

UPDATE: Studio recitals will be conducted online for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I aim to organize at least 1 studio recital per year. You are not obligated to perform in the recital. Finalized date/time/location information will be sent out a minimum of two months prior to the recital. A pianist will be provided for the recital dress rehearsal and performance (only for in-person recitals). Any rehearsal with the pianist prior to the dress rehearsal and recital will be your financial responsibility.
