Throughout the whole of music history, nothing has inspired composers more than writing music to be sung for worship. The Cathedral Choral Scholars of the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Savannah, GA, will be joined by Servire, the choral ensemble with a mission to sing and serve throughout the Southeast. This program gives listeners the rare opportunity to hear two professional choirs under one roof. These exceptional ensembles will perform works from the entire body of sacred repertoire from the Renaissance to living composers.
